Wow, my first BLOG!  I am going to be exploring everything in and around Clermont, Florida and sharing it with you!

Let me tell you a bit about my background, and then I promise to move on totally (when possible) from real estate and get to the real purpose of my blog, sharing "Everything Clermong"

I have been selling real estate nearly all of my life, I have gift of finding the right house for people, even when they aren't sure of what they want.  I play this secret game "I can find you a home in 5 houses."  Sometimes, I will show a person 30 homes, but only because they want to look.  I can find you a home in 5 houses, but only when you are ready.  

To clerify, I have been finding people homes since I was 15, but didn't start getting paid until I was licensed in 2000!  The first home I sold....980 Mohawk St. Clymer, NY.  It was listed, unlocked and the phone worked, so I called my parents  from inside the house and said "I found us the perfect house"  They came and I showed them around! They  called the listing agent from inside the unlocked house, closed in a month and the rest is history.  Loved growing up in that little town!  From that point on sharing and experiencing property ownership was in my blood!!!  Still is!  I was born to find homes for people.   My favorite quote "If you Love what you do, you will never work a day in your life."  I love what I do, but to be honest with you, I often work very hard!  Just love every minute of it!!!  : )
